What Is NowViralFeed?

NowViralFeed is a curated directory of free browser extensions and web tools. We find, review, and spotlight the best free Chrome extensions across productivity, video, writing, research, and everyday browsing — then present them in a clean, distraction-free interface.

Every tool featured on NowViralFeed is genuinely free. Not "free trial" free. Not "free with a catch" free. Actually, truly, completely free. We don't list tools that require a paid subscription for their core features.

Our Mission

The web is full of amazing free tools — but finding them is hard. Most are buried beneath SEO spam, hidden in forum threads, or overshadowed by venture-backed competitors with massive marketing budgets. We're here to fix that.

Our mission is simple: make high-quality browser tools findable and accessible to everyone. Students, researchers, journalists, small business owners, non-profit workers, teachers, retirees — everyone deserves access to tools that work, without being nickeled-and-dimed for every feature.

We believe software accessibility is a real issue. When basic productivity tools cost $10–$20 per month, that adds up fast — and for many people, it's simply not an option. Free alternatives exist. We help you find them.

Who Builds NowViralFeed?

NowViralFeed is an independent project. We're a small team of developers and tool enthusiasts who spend an unreasonable amount of time testing browser extensions so you don't have to. We have no outside investors, no corporate backing, and no agenda beyond helping people find useful software.

We sustain the project through display advertising. When you visit NowViralFeed, you may see ads — that's how we keep the lights on. We keep ads minimal and non-intrusive. We don't do pop-ups, interstitials, or autoplay video ads. Standard display ads only.

Our Philosophy

Three principles guide everything we do:

  Free means free. We only feature tools with no paywall on core functionality. If something has a premium tier, we still only cover the free version — and we're clear about what the limits are.

  No accounts required. We don't ask you to create an account to use our site or the extensions we feature. No email capture, no login walls.

  Privacy by default. We don't sell your data, we don't track you beyond standard analytics, and we're transparent about the cookies we use.
