About Crop Image

Cropping is the quickest edit with the biggest impact: cut the clutter at the edges, straighten the subject into focus, or hit an exact aspect ratio a platform demands. A good crop often improves a photo more than any filter.

The tool gives you a draggable crop frame with preset ratios — square for profile pictures, 16:9 for covers and thumbnails, 4:3 and free-form for everything else — and exports just the selected region at full quality.

How to use Crop Image

Tips for better results

✓Crop before resizing — cropping afterwards throws away pixels you could have kept.
✓Square (1:1) is the safest crop for avatars; platforms circle-mask them but store squares.
✓Leave breathing room above heads in portraits; cropping at the hairline looks accidental.
