Organize PDF Pages

Drag and drop PDF pages into any order. Remove pages too. Free and private.

About Organize PDF Pages

Sometimes pages are all present but in the wrong order — a scanner that fed pages backwards, or a report assembled from sections in the wrong sequence. The organizer shows every page as a thumbnail you can drag into place, like rearranging slides.

It combines reordering, rotating, and deleting in one view, which makes it the fastest way to clean up a messy scan session: drag pages into order, rotate the sideways ones, drop the blanks, and save once.

How to use Organize PDF Pages

  1. 1

    Load your PDF

Every page renders as a thumbnail in a grid, numbered in current order.

  2. 2

    Drag pages into order

Drag and drop thumbnails to reorder. The grid renumbers live as you move pages.

  3. 3

    Rotate or remove as needed

Each thumbnail has controls to rotate that page or delete it from the document.

  4. 4

    Save the organized PDF

Download a new file with your final page order baked in.

Tips for better results

  • Reverse a backwards-scanned document quickly by dragging the last page first and working forward.
  • Use the thumbnails to spot duplicate pages — they're easy to miss in a normal PDF viewer.
  • Organizing rebuilds the file cleanly, which sometimes also shrinks bloated scans slightly.
